What data we collect

When you fill in the contact/quote form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city or postal code, project type and any message you write. These fields are required so we can respond to your enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a tailored solar, battery or heat-pump quote, and get in touch about your request. We do not use it for anything else.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and, where applicable, on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting contract, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, accounting obligations).

Who we share it with

We share your data only with the providers below, and never sell it to anyone else.

• Web3Forms, our form-processing provider, delivers your enquiry to our inbox and acts as a data processor on our behalf.
• The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps or OpenStreetMap; loading it may let those providers set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy policies.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only third-party content that may set cookies is the map embed described above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to contacto@energylumora.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (agpd.es).
