Data controller

Lumora Energy (NIF Z5084261R), Partida Casanova 45 D, 03710 Calp (Alicante), Spain, is the controller responsible for the personal data you share on this website. You can contact us at contacto@energylumora.com for any question about how your data is handled.

What data we collect

When you fill in the contact/quote form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city or postal code, project type and any message you write. These fields are required so we can respond to your enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a tailored solar, battery or heat-pump quote, and get in touch about your request. We do not use it for anything else.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and, where applicable, on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Offers and our offer panel

When we prepare a personal offer for you, our advisor records your name or company name, phone number, email address, installation address and the figures needed for the calculations (annual energy use and bill) in our internal offer panel. We use them only to prepare and send the offer and to contact you about it, as steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Only the advisor who prepared your offer and the panel administrator can access it.

We may share the offer with you through a personal link protected by a password your advisor gives you. We record when the offer was opened and, if you accept it through the link, the date of acceptance. Accepting the offer does not conclude a contract; your advisor will agree the details and installation date with you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries sent through the contact form only for as long as necessary to answer them, and then delete them, unless they lead to an offer.

Data from offers that were not accepted is deleted from the offer panel 12 months after the offer expired. Data from accepted offers is kept for the duration of the contract and the warranty, and then for as long as the law requires (for example, tax rules) or until any claims are time-barred.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with the providers below, and never sell it to anyone else.

• Supabase, the database provider of our offer panel, stores offer data on servers in Frankfurt (European Union) and acts as a data processor on our behalf.
• Vercel, which hosts this website and the offer panel, acts as a data processor on our behalf; where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this is based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
• Web3Forms, our form-processing provider, delivers your enquiry to our inbox and acts as a data processor on our behalf.
• The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps or OpenStreetMap; loading it may let those providers set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only third-party content that may set cookies is the map embed described above.

The online offer page sets one essential cookie that remembers a correctly entered password for 30 days, for that single offer only. The offer panel used by our advisors relies on essential sign-in session cookies. These cookies are needed for those pages to work and are not used for tracking.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to contacto@energylumora.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (agpd.es).

We may update this policy from time to time; the version published here always applies. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated date above.
